How Renshi CodaraFlow Works
The real power is structured control of your information: enter it once, reuse it, and let the letter assemble itself. What comes out is the same standard, fully editable .docx your firm already works with, so Renshi CodaraFlow makes the drafting easier without locking you into a proprietary tool.
Create the Deliverable
Start a step or advisory letter from the firm's established structure, so preparers are not reconstructing the format, sequence and standard language for every engagement.
Capture What You Write
Explanations, clauses, defined terms and step sequences developed during real client work are retained in a shared, firm-controlled library.
Reuse Firm Knowledge
The next matter starts from the firm's retained content instead of a blank document or an old client file.
More Consistent, and Faster
Centralized inputs and firm-standard content reduce manual reconstruction and help produce more consistent drafts, and the library compounds as the practice works.
Create a project, choose the letter type, and your firm's standard sections are in place from the first click.
Add/reorder steps, add letter sections, enter data, and the letter builds itself.
Review steps, letter sections, easily make changes, mark a page as reviewed and it's locked in.
Add firm templates, manage shared content, and set up users so the whole practice starts from the same proven library.
Three Ways to Put the System to Work
Step Letters
Create transaction and implementation letters for reorganizations through structured steps, centralized facts, and automated supporting content, instead of rebuilding the format and sequence each time.
Advisory Letters
Build client-specific advice from reusable firm explanations and matter-specific analysis, so the work behind each recurring topic is done once and reused.
Firm Knowledge
Capture useful explanations, clauses, steps, and wording during real client work, then find and reuse them in future letters with search across every past project. The same library also drafts client emails.
Before & After
The Old Way
Old letters are useful references. They are not a drafting system. The team searches for a similar past letter, copies it, then re-enters facts, checks what to keep, reconstructs the parts that changed, and updates the same values by hand in several places.
The CodaraFlow Way
Start from the firm's established structure and retained, firm-controlled content. Client information is entered once and used throughout, calculations and cross-references assemble from the same source, and what you write today is retained for the next engagement. The completed letter exports to a standard, fully editable .docx on the firm's configured letterhead.
Key Benefits
Start With the Structure Already in Place
Build step and advisory letters from the firm's established content and processes, so preparers are not assembling each deliverable from an empty Word document or an old client file.
Put Firm Knowledge Back to Work
Useful explanations, clauses, steps, and wording are retained in a shared library and found again when the next matter arises, instead of living in individual swipe files.
Give Reviewers a More Consistent Draft
Standard content, centralized inputs, and structured preparation give reviewers a clearer, more complete starting point to sign off on.
Catch Problems Before Export
Validation, centralized figures, and review-state controls surface missing information and inconsistencies before the document reaches the client.

Trust & Security
Where does my client data live?
On infrastructure your firm controls. Run it on a server inside your own network, or in your firm's own cloud account on a dedicated Canadian instance. Either way the data sits in a single database file the firm owns, and the seller has no access to your running instance.
More in FAQ (Category I)How does the review process work?
Every relevant page has an R1 and an R2 checkbox, for up to two reviewers. Preparers cannot check or uncheck the boxes. If a box is checked but content on the page is subsequently edited, the checkbox is unchecked automatically.
More in FAQ (Category B)Which deployment model is right for our firm?
Two options, both run by the firm. Guided cloud setup deploys into the firm's own Fly.io cloud account with a single script, for firms without a server of their own. Private deployment installs on the firm's own infrastructure. Both ship the full source under a perpetual internal-use licence, and the seller never hosts or accesses either one.
More in FAQ (Category K)Are we locked into a proprietary system?
No. Renshi CodaraFlow makes drafting easier; it does not trap your work. Every letter is a standard, fully editable .docx the firm owns and can keep working in directly. Your captured knowledge stays private to your firm and can be downloaded or saved at any time, so the value is structured control of your information, not a format you cannot leave.
More in FAQ (Category J)Where Renshi CodaraFlow Saves Firm Time
- Rebuilding standard transaction steps
- Re-entering the same facts in multiple places
- Searching previous files for usable wording
- Updating figures, tables, and cross-references manually
- Recreating explanations the firm has already written
- Returning incomplete drafts for avoidable corrections
Two Ways to Run It, Both Operated by Your Firm
Guided Cloud Setup
No server of your own required. A single guided script deploys Renshi CodaraFlow into your firm's own Fly.io cloud account, on a dedicated instance you can host in Canada. The account, the data, the billing and the login are all yours. The seller is never a member of your cloud organization and cannot sign in or reach your data.
Private Enterprise Deployment
Install the product on the firm's own infrastructure, behind the firm's firewall, with the full source code provided under a perpetual licence. Nothing leaves your network unless you choose to expose it.
Both models ship the full source under the same one-time perpetual licence. See the security overview for the controls built into the software.
