The Renshi CodaraFlow software, once licensed, runs on infrastructure the customer controls, whether the customer’s own server or the customer’s own cloud account; we do not host it and we do not collect or access any data processed inside a customer’s installation.

Information We Collect

  • Demo and contact requests. When you submit the demo-access form we receive your first name, last name, email, firm, and your LinkedIn DM preference. The form opens your own email client and sends this to us at [email protected]. We use it only to respond and to provision a demo login.
  • Demo account usage. If you use a demo login, any test data you enter is stored in the demo database. Demo accounts are for evaluation with fictional test data only. Do not enter real or confidential client information. Demo data is cleared periodically.

Cookies and Analytics

  • LinkedIn Insight Tag.A LinkedIn tracking script on this site that sets cookies. We use it to measure the performance of our LinkedIn advertising and to build retargeting audiences. It shares site-visit information with LinkedIn. You can opt out of LinkedIn’s use of this data in your LinkedIn account settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How We Use Information

To respond to your inquiry, provide and secure the demo, measure and improve the site, and run our advertising. We do not sell your information.

Who We Share It With

Service providers that help us run the site: our hosting provider (Railway), our email provider, and LinkedIn (through the Insight Tag described above). We share only what each provider needs to perform its function.

Retention

We keep demo and contact requests for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward. Demo data is cleared periodically.

Your Rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw your consent. To make a request, email us at [email protected].

Hosting and Security

The site is hosted on Railway, which may store data on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States. We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information this site handles.

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children.

Demo accounts are for evaluation only. Do not enter real or confidential client data. Export to Word is disabled in the demo. Do not rely on demo output for actual client work. We may suspend or revoke demo access at any time. The demo is provided "as is", without warranty.

Intellectual Property

The site and the Renshi CodaraFlow software are owned by 1000149725 Ontario Inc.. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute the site or its content.

No Professional Advice

Nothing on this site is tax, accounting, or legal advice. The product is a tool used by qualified practitioners, who remain responsible for their own professional judgment.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
